Food was decent quality, staff were friendly and welcoming and the boat including WC was really clean. 2.5 hours is defiantly enough time though as there is lots of circling up and down the river. We sat inside which was the right choice given the temperatures were low at this time of year but thankfully we had the option to pop outside for a short while to see the lovely views which was nice as the reflection of the windows from inside made it a little difficult to fully to see. She was very good at her job but her accent sometimes made it hard to understand and at times she would mishear us. But it wasn't unbearable; we enjoyed our time with her and Prague.”

“The boat I was assigned to did not have an inside deck, and it was nothing like the one shown in the photos. I had to stay indoors the entire time, and the windows were dirty and fogged up, making it impossible to get a clear view or take any photos. They were playing an audio guide, or at least I think that’s what it was supposed to be, but the sound quality was so poor that it was impossible to understand a single word. Overall, this was definitely not the experience I expected.”
